The Cart Lodge at Rawreth Hall is very well located. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from junction 29 of the M25 and 5 minutes drive to Rayleigh Station which is a 45 minute direct line to London Liverpool Street.
To find Rawreth Hall:
From the M25:
Take junction 29 - A127 and travel towards Southend-on-Sea.
Turn off the A127 at the 6th turn off (A130/ A1245) and keep in the left hand lane.
At the traffic lights on the roundabout of the junction take the first exit.
At the next roundabout go straight across (if you look slightly right, on the top of the hill is Rawreth Hall.)
Get into the right hand lane.
At the traffic lights at the top of the hill turn right into Rawreth Lane.
Travel into the 50mph speed limit area and count the signs on the right.
After the 3rd 50 mph sign turn right onto a small farm track.
The gates of Rawreth Hall are in front of you - Welcome!
From the A12:
Take the A130 junction towards Southend-on-Sea.
Travel along the A130 and take the first exit.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Rayleigh (A1245).
At the traffic lights turn left (it has a filter lane just before the lights).
You are now in Rawreth Lane
Travel into the 50mph speed limit area and count the signs on the right.
After the 3rd 50 mph sign turn right onto a small farm track.
The gates of Rawreth Hall are in front of you - Welcome!
